I am a Real Estate Professional and owner of Connolly Real Estate Connection, located in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Remember, retirement and aging co-exit. It is your journey to a destination that meets your needs and wants. As we age and how we age are not the same for all of us. Just as aging isn't always what they appear to be or hoped for, understanding the phases and stages of aging is usually learned while living life in the present. I have learned to look at a situation from a Macro point of view (the bigger picture) as much as possible avoid the micro point of view as much as posible. The macro viewpoint allows you to see the full picture with the potential of the positive outcome and identifying the red flags. This will give you greater success and effectiveness in your choices and through practice strengthen your self image.
For the last 10 years, I have had the privilege to assist many older adults on their journey in choosing a lifestyle that fits their personality, degree of ability, with an understanding attitude adjusting will be requred as situations change. I love what I do and not one transition is identical but each one rewarding beyond measure and is treasured deep within my heart. Eve
